The Bicentennial Commemorative Calendar contains descriptions of each banknote in French and Creole. In addition, one example of each banknote is housed in a clear plastic holders in which the notes can be removed without damage. Each banknote is numbered from A00000001 through A00002000 making this a limited issue of 2,000 pieces. Examples of these calendars were given to bank officials, Daniel Elie (the banknote designer) and other dignitaries.
