This note was issued to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the state of Israel. It is similar to P.55 with Prime Minister Moshe Sharett on the face and buildings and book titles at back. It has a 5 digit vertical serial number at left of the face. 

It was issued in sheets of three in a commemorative folder. 10,001 notes were issued and are currently (2006) valued at about $100 USD.
